Arrived on time, with all the correct items. Identified a difficulty and then sourced the item to fix it (the fixings for the wall were not strong enough so they bought some new ones). All rubbish (packaging etc) removed. Work completed within the one day time scale and we are thrilled to bits.

CJ Sparks, I wish I had used them first! Another company previously came out and made the alarm worse and left me thinking I needed to spend £X to fix or upgrade the system. CJ Sparks quickly solved the simple issue and now it’s working again as it should. They even wear special shoe slippers so it keeps your floor clean. The lad was very polite and helpful, I’d highly recommend their services.
